Established in 1952, Marsden Services offers comprehensive facility services to clients nationwide. We provide clients with local high-quality and professional services, including janitorial and disinfection, security, mechanical HVAC, emergency response, and facility services.

Our Brands

Marsden is one of the largest privately-owned facility service providers in the U.S. and has grown both organically and through acquisitions. Marsden owns operating companies in markets throughout the country. These local companies often go by a different brand name, and many provide specific service lines or serve certain markets. But regardless of individual company name, service line, or geographic location, we’re all part of Marsden.

Our job is to care for your workplace so that you can continue to take care of your business.

Our founder Skip Marsden was driven by a simple mantra: go where the customer wants to go. This mission led us to expand in every possible way: moving into new markets, adding new service lines, and forming new partnerships through acquisitions, all so that we could continue to serve customers. And throughout these periods of growth and change, we’ve never strayed from our founder’s original vision. We stay invested in our local communities, which allows us to know our customers and find out what matters to them.

Today, we serve thousands of client locations across the country, doing everything from disinfecting services to remote guarding applications to HVAC design-build services. We have grown to be an integrated services provider, offering clients hundreds of facility services to choose from to create a customized facility services solution tailored to their needs.
