Guy Mingo, President & CEO, Marsden Services

Marsden is proud to announce that Marsden’s President and CEO, Guy Mingo, has been awarded the Walter L. Cook Award for Distinguished Service by the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). The Walter L. Cook Award is presented to a BSCAI member for exceptional service to the building service contractors (BSC) industry, or as the BSCAI defines it, the member “who has made outstanding contributions in furthering the programs and image of the association and the building service contracting industry.”

Guy has been involved in the BSC industry for over 40 years and has been a powerful advocate for the industry and its employees. Guy was an integral part of the effort to form the Cleaning Coalition of America (CCA) in 2020, an association dedicated to advocating on behalf of BSCs and their employees. The CCA lobbies for support for this essential workforce and creates awareness for this key industry. In addition to being the driving force behind Marsden becoming a founding member of the CCA, Guy has also been dedicated to supporting individuals outside of the BSC industry for decades. Under Guy’s leadership, Marsden has supported numerous community and charitable initiatives, both monetarily and through board memberships and volunteer participation. It is for Guy’s continued commitments to his industry, his company, and his community that he was honored with the Walter L. Cook award.
